The house is spread over 2 floors, linked through a lovely staircase.

At the entrance we are welcomed by a small living room, a brick eat-in kitchen with central island and windows overlooking the outdoor patio, another very bright living area with fireplace and big windows that give a sense of continuity with the outdoor spaces, a large double bedroom with French window and a bathroom with window, and another adjoining bedroom used as a walk-in closet.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet, and another bathroom.

Garden and Panoramic Salt Water Pool

The country house is surrounded by a beautiful, neat garden with olive trees, fruit trees, flowers and a lawn, where a panoramic salt swimming pool is located. Its size is 5×10 meters, with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.00 meters.

The whole property is fenced and also has a well and an automatic irrigation system.

Location Near Cortona and Lake Trasimeno

Situated 15 minutes away from the old town of Cortona, it is set in a central location to reach the most renowned towns and villages in Umbria and Tuscany. Highways and freeways leading to Florence, Arezzo, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are only 8 minutes away. It is possible to further extend the house.
