At the entrance we are welcomed by a small living room, a brick eat-in kitchen with central

island and windows overlooking the outdoor patio, another very bright living area with

fireplace and big windows that give a sense of continuity with the outdoors spaces, a large

double bedroom with French window and a bathroom with window and another adjoining

bedroom used as walk-in closet.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one of which with walk-in closet, and

another bathroom.

The country house is surrounded by a beautiful neat garden with olive trees, fruit trees,

flowers and a lawn where a panoramic salt swimming pool is located: its size is 5×10 m

and its depth varies from 1.20 m to 2.00 m.

The whole property is fenced and has also a well and an automatic irrigation system.

Situated 15 minutes away from the old town of Cortona, it is set in a central location to

reach the most renowned towns and villages in Umbria and Tuscany. Highways and

freeways leading to Florence, Arezzo, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are only 8 minutes

away. It is possible to further extend the house.
