Production: 2,000–3,000 litres per year. Terre di Siena PDO extra virgin olive oil, processed within a few hours of harvesting and stored in a temperature-controlled chamber with nitrogen. Wine production details Vineyards: 3.87 ha, of which 2 ha are IGT Toscana and 1.87 ha are replanting rights. Varieties: Sangiovese and Trebbiano Toscano.
