On the hills of Passignano, in the province of Perugia, is located this farm house with ancient charm and stunning view on the Trasimeno Lake.

This building dates back to the early 1600s, when it was called “Il Sasso” and had surveillance purpose on the Northern access of Passignano. Between the late 1700s and early 1800s it became farm house.

In the 1986 the first changes and renovation works were made.

The property offers 2 annexes, including 2 a cellar/deposit and a garage. Surrounded by fruit trees and centennial cypresses.

On THE ground floor, we are welcomed by a cozy living room with fireplace and wide French doors overlooking the landscape and a big stone made kitchen. On the same floor there’s also a spacious technical/laundry room for the management of water, electricity, gas, heating and external systems.

A beautiful wooden staircase takes us to the first floors, where we find a living area with fireplace and view on three sides. A Hallway gices access to 2 bedroooms and 1 bathroom.

Another staircase takes us to the second floor where we find 2 more bedrooms and a wide bathroom and antebathroom.

The interiors are very well finished, the stone walls and the clever use of wood create a very welcoming atmosphere.
