Interiors:

The country house rooms are located on the ground floor. Through a porch, where you see the main entrance, you enter the open-space living area with the sitting room, the dining area and the kitchen. From here you can access the sleeping area which is spread around a small hallway: here you find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (and direct access to the outside) and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Last but not least, the laundry room is adjacent to the main entrance and is accessed from outside.

Park:

A very neat park of about 1,500 square meters, fully fenced, frames the villa. The garden with English lawn and many blossomed flowerbeds, has also many fruit trees such as walnut trees, cherry trees, plum trees, medlar trees and apricot trees. Two outdoor dining areas in the shade of the crown of a nut tree, are located in front of the house, near a hammock; here there is also a large pergola and a masonry facility with wood-fired oven and barbecue. Near the swimming pool, you find a paved area to play bocce balls covered by a gazebo with climbing trees. The property is equipped with a parking area in front of the house that can be reached right beyond the entry gate. Another gate that can be manually opened leads to a big olive grove and a cultivated vegetable garden.

Swimming pool:

The swimming pool is set on a sunlit location a few meters from the house surrounded by the green garden. The rectangular pool, which measures 3x7m and is 1.20 meters deep throughout the pool, is coated with PVC panels and has a terracotta edge and a ladder to get into the water. The chlorine filtering system has a natural non-allergenic purification system. All around the swimming pool, which has internal spotlights, there is a sunbathing area delimited by hedges with deckchairs, loungers, a playground for children and a gazebo with outdoor sofa and armchairs. This part of the property is completed by an outdoor shower.
