The extension and restoration works were carried out by an architect to best preserve the rustic style of the Cortona area without neglecting the energy efficiency of the building.

The wooden beams of the hipped roof are original, the result of careful restoration. The staircase leading to the bedroom is enriched by an arched niche that can be used in various ways or as a refined decorative element.

From the living room, through a large corridor, you enter the stairwell. The skylight facilitates the path to the first floor, where there are 3 rooms used to accommodate two bright bedrooms and a bathroom. One room enjoys a view of the valley while the other allows access to the terrace, which is designed to accommodate a lovely gazebo with a panoramic view.

The property is completed by a lovely rear garden and a courtyard in front of the garage. The 2500sqm well-kept olive grove has been home to 100 olive trees, quince, fig, wild fennel and laurel for over a century. An area of ​​the olive grove has already been designated to accommodate the swimming pool by virtue of an exceptional exposure and view.

On the border between Tuscany and Umbria, it is easily reachable from Arezzo and Siena but also from the Trasimeno lake area, from Perugia and Assisi.
