On the upper floor there is the roof dependance which is accessed by a flight of stairs just after the entrance and consists of a technical room / laundry (can be used as a bathroom), a small            bedroom / study always overlooking the valley, sitting room with fireplace, small kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
There is the possibility of expanding the sleeping area by doing a little masonry work.
Independent heating (currently diesel but area served by methane).
