Villa Lorena is set in a beautiful landscape where Casentino and the Arno valley open wide towards a large valley formed  by the confluence of Val di Chiana and Valdarno. Behind the villa we find tall tree woods of beeches and chestnuts up to the top of Pratomagno (1520 m AMSL). The hill where Villa Lorena is located is in the little village of Pieve San Giovanni (400 m AMSL) on the borders of three municipalities: Arezzo, Capolona and Castiglion Fibocchi.

From here one can enjoy the landscape of the Piagge valley, a territory that is still untouched from the environmental point of view without significant transformations over the years, in addition to the views of Valdichiana, Mount Cetona and Mount Amiata. It is only a few kilometres away from Cortona and Arezzo and is well served by public transport links. Furthermore, the Romanesque bridge that Leonardo da Vinci represented in his Mona Lisa painting is only 2 km from Villa Lorena.

As it is set on a hill, there is always a slight breeze that prevents from having a humid climate.

Villa Lorena is part of the historic core of the village as it was used as an oil mill in the 1800s and was then refurbished by preserving its original features. The villa consists of a real estate unit with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (one with old fireplace) and an entry with staircase in solid walnut.
